Q I would like to request an ingredient review. Is it acceptable if the ingredient list is written in Chinese or Korean?

For the ingredient review, please provide an ingredient list written in English using INCI names, listed in descending order by concentration.

Q Can you design the Japanese back label by referring to an existing product?

Yes. If you provide the back label of an existing product as data (such as an image or design file), we can accommodate your request.
However, due to the following production environment, we will use fonts that are available in our existing system.
